Reports,that Ciara is going to be on new Camel's tour have spread a while ago. Now apparently it was JAY-z who wanted Ciara,not vise versa. She tols MTV news ''When they reached out to us to be a part of it, I was like, ‘Absolutely’. I know more details are coming, so I don’t know exactly every little thing."
